Error - Cannot open archive file

Well, I suppose it is good they let me know that they couldn't open it, but why? or perhaps what else could I try?

Windows - Updates are available

I was using windows and this popped up one day.
I could not click outside the box or escape key to make it go away.
I had to click "Get Updates" button.
It was only on the target screen that I could choose to not follow the task.
