The message does in fact say, UserZoom Privacy Policy. It does not link to anything.
Seems strange to only be able to choose one option. Maybe asking about the the user's primary hope for visiting. Otherwise checkboxes would be more appropriate. That would allow the user to select all the actions they were hoping to do.
User selected option 7: Find a specific Twitter account (@) or Tweets associated with that account.
Moderately and Slightly options are so similar.
Personal note: The third option makes me laugh. Mostly because in today's world of so many online accounts it is possible that someone could have an account and not know it.
This is a really good question and I would be interested to see the results.
