None Pizza, Left Beef

Someone ordered pizza online. There was a slight misunderstanding.

This 'experiment' eventually became a meme.

Creative Constraints

In the usability book, Don't Make Me Think by Steve Krug, he talks about how constraints actually help creativity. (Ch 10, p145)

I wonder if this is what he meant. LOL.

Walmart survey - same answers, really?

After completing a survey for Walmart with all 10's I clicked the Continue button. The result was a browser level warning with the message,
"The page at https://survey.walmart.com says: You responded the same several times. Please consider your answers carefully."

Honorable mention for the options appearing as the Walmart logo. There must be some subconscious message here, regardless of my position of being Extremely Dissatisfied or Extremely Satisfied, they want to reinforce that the Walmart brand should be top of mind.

YouTube: Play bar user interface

I was watching a video on Youtube the other day and had to stop watching before the video was done. I closed the browser without pausing the video. When I navigated to the same video it picked up where I left off watching. That was cool enough, but there were additional delights.
The play bar had a few new interface controls that appeared when hovering near the play bar...

The video resumed playback at the exact time code of when I stopped watching,
and just in case I did not want to resume at that time when the mouse hovered near the bracket an X was available with a label "Watch entire video."

If the X was clicked the video would start from the beginning!

Well done!
