Walmart survey - same answers, really?

After completing a survey for Walmart❐ with all 10's I clicked the Continue button. The result was a browser level warning with the message,

"The page at https://survey.walmart.com says: You responded the same several times. Please consider your answers carefully."

Honorable mention for the options appearing as the Walmart logo. There must be some subconscious message here, regardless of my position of being Extremely Dissatisfied or Extremely Satisfied, they want to reinforce that the Walmart brand should be top of mind.

Windows 7 System Clock - Daylight Savings message
