The first checkbox after the form was this:
I’d also like to be among the first to know about new Gallup offerings and services. I understand that I may subscribe from these offerings at any time.

Auto Save Button
The save function is evolving.
The icon itself is nearly irrelevant. Most children have never seen a 3.5" floppy disk. If you ask a child what the Save icon is they might guess, "A file cabinet?"

Email updates on Zola.com

After completing an order for a friend's wedding gift I am rightly prompted to let them know where I would like my order updates sent.
Of course! Here is my email address.
This is a great moment (per business needs) to grow their promotional email list.
The wording here is key.
Most users will assume the checkbox text "Yes, send me email updates from Zola" is referring to the same thing as above "order updates"

YouTube Surveys: Have you heard of Coca-Cola?
This preroll survey on YouTube.com had me cracking up.

Do you think it was paid for by Cide Cola, or Loma Cola?

Registration Step 1: Identity Verification
This is the flow of screens that I experienced when registering for a benefits provider through my employer. I have seen a similar questionnaire when getting a car insurance quote from Nationwide Insurance.

Question 4 of 4

The Identity Verification process "had some trouble" so they asked additional questions, but the numbering started over.
